John Santoro, on behalf of the 2016 Sunset Music Festival, Sunset Events, and all of our fans, gave a donation to Camp Hopetáke. Camp Hopetáke is a week-long summer camp for children who’ve suffered from burn injuries. The camp gives young burn victims from all over the state of Florida the opportunity to get together in Tampa. During the week, campers swim, bowl, watch movies and go on adventures to Busch Gardens and Sea World all while spending time with other children in a safe, non-threatening atmosphere.
Dealing with burn injuries of this magnitude can often be overwhelming and Camp Hopetáke provides a safe and supportive environment for many children, but they cannot do it without generous donations from the Tampa Fire Fighters Local 754, Tampa General Hospital Foundation and community support.
