Early Wristband Fulfillment

Did your wristband order not arrive? Did it get lost in the mail? Did your mom accidentally throw it out? Whatever may have happened to your order, our team at early fulfillment located at The RITZ Ybor (1503 E. 7th Ave. Tampa, FL 33606) is here to help! Stop by on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (May 24-26) from 12-8 PM and we’ll get you sorted for the weekend.

Merchandise Pickup

Pre-order some dope festival merchandise with your tickets? You’ll be able to pick up all pre-ordered merchandise at the main merch booth on-site at Sunset Music Festival. We will not be shipping any orders that are not picked up – do not forget your stuff!
